Learning About Your Bike
If you are passionate about learning more about your bike and how to repair it, the Outdoor Adventure Bike Shop is the place to be! We allow customers to watch and even participate while the mechanic teaches you to work on your bike. We also offer a formal series of Bicycle Maintenance Workshops for you to learn the basics to the advanced skills.

Free Bike Stands and Tools
Once you have participated in a Bicycle Maintenance Workshop, you are welcome to come in and use our tools to repair your bicycle free of charge. Outdoor Adventure staff are here to help educate you to be self-sufficient in repairing your own bicycle. Students and BU Faculty/Staff members can make use of our full line-up of Park brand professional tools during regular bike shop hours.

Free Bike Assessments
Swing by the Outdoor Adventure bike shop to get a free assessment and safety check-up from one of our staff. In this inspection we will assess every part of your bike for wear, damage, and safety issues, and recommend repairs that are necessary to get your bike running in perfect condition again. If we cannot repair it, we have a partnership with Bicycles Outback in Waco to pick it up and repair it for you.

Full Service Repair Shop
The Outdoor Adventure Bike Shop offers full service repairs for most of your bicycle's basic needs. Our services inclube, tube changes, derailleur and brake adjustments, re-greasing and lubing components and truing wheels. For new parts, really large repairs, and bicycles with obscure sizes, we partner with Bicycles Outback in Waco to provide you with what you need.
