Paddling Trip Packing List

We will provide most of the necessary equipment needed for camping and any technical aspect of the trip. You will need to bring the following items listed below. Please keep in mind that the weather can change rapidly. Wool and synthetic blends are always preferred over cotton clothing. Try to bring clothes that allow you to "layer"­: remove and add as temperature and weather changes. Storage space is limited, so please pack with this in mind.

Items to Bring:

• Water Bottles
• Rain Gear including water proof top and bottom
• Sun hat, visor
• River/water shoes (no flip flops)
• Swimsuit (no bikini two-pieces)
• Warm Fleece Jacket or Pullover
• Long Pants (Texas trip/Sep-May)
• Long Sleeve Synthetic or Wool Top (Texas trip/Sep-May)
• Warm Hat (Texas trip/Oct-April)
• Change of Clothes
• Towel
• Sunscreen and Chap stick
• Sunglasses
• Insect repellent
• Bandana (optional)
• Camera/film (optional, be careful)
