Program Registration

We ask that participants pre-register for all Outdoor Adventure Programs, so that we may properly prepare for the events. Please note the registration deadline for each program and be sure to get signed-up before it passes - you don't want to be left out!

The registration process is simple:

Bring your ID and come to the McLane Student Life Center (SLC). You can register and pay for all of our programs at the SLC front desk.

The following payment types are accepted at the Student Life Center.

  • Cash
  • Check
  • Bear Bucks (Baylor students only)
  • Payroll Deduction (Baylor F/S only)
  • Credit Card

Payments cannot be made over the phone.

For all off-campus programs: You will need to complete a liability form and medical form. These forms should be picked up from the SLC front desk when you register and must be turned in to the Campus Recreation Office a minimum of three days before your scheduled event.

Refund and Payment Policies
All trips are non-refundable unless the Outdoor Adventure Program cancels the program.

Payment must be made in full at the time of registration unless a deposit is allowed. Programs that allow for deposits will be noted under cost.
