Jenna was born in Seoul, South Korea but considers Waco, Texas home. She received her BA in Speech Communication from Baylor University in 2007. During her undergraduate studies, she was part of the A-Team with Campus Recreation. She has since returned to Baylor to pursue a MA in Communication Studies with an emphasis on Media Studies.

Jenna and her husband, Austun, have one kitty named Mamma Mia.
