Equipment Rental

Outdoor gear can be costly to purchase, but that's where we come in! The Outdoor Adventure Program offers Baylor students the opportunity to rent outdoor gear at a fraction of the purchase cost. This gives them the opportunity to plan a trip with friends and experience the great outdoors while still keeping the cost down!

RENTAL INFO
Who Can Rent: Outdoor equipment rental is available to Baylor students, faculty and staff only.

Cost and Payment: A detailed price list is posted to the right and payment is required when you pick up your equipment. If necessary, additional fees may be applied when gear is returned and inspected.

When to Request: All requests are subject to the availability of the equipment, so please plan ahead and submit your request at least a week in advance.

GEAR FOR GROUPS
If you are with an organized group on campus and need to rent camping gear for an organizational outing, we would love to help you out. Please contact us a minimum of 10 days prior to your event.

SUBMIT A REQUEST
To request equipment please complete and submit the form below so we can check availabilty. An Outdoor Adventure staff member will then contact you regarding availabiltliy and a time for you to pick up your equipment.
