Description	Mr. Floyd has been Texas Bandmaster of the year and is a Lifetime Administrator Achievement Award winner. He chairs committees for the American Bandmasters Association and the College Band Directors National Association. He is a recognized authority on conducting, the art of wind band rehearsing, concert band repertoire and music advocacy. This event is free of charge and open to the public.
