|Description||A Musical Concert in Honor of the Centennial of Professor A.J. Armstrong and the Bi-centennial of the birth of Victorian Poet Robert Browning. The program will feature music organized by Carlos Colon, the ABL Artist-in-Residence, that includes the poetry of Robert and Elizabeth Barrett Browning and other Victorian poets.
Performing will be the Texas Voices, a vocal chamber ensemble from Dallas directed by Alan Dyer, and the Live Oak Classical Grammar School Choir directed by Jeanenne Bezerra.
Refreshments will follow in the Garden of Contentment on the grounds of the Armstrong Browning Library. In case of inclement weather, refreshments will be served in the ABL Cox Reception Hall.
