Truett Theological Seminary and the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship of Texas. Learn why communication is a key practice for a healthy congregation. The Center for Congregational Health will share an overview of their research on the four key practices for a healthy congregation and the cultural shifts in communication processes. We will discuss internal communication skills: person-to-person, congregation & staff, feedback, and more--all as the congregation relates to it's own members. We will share external communication skills: websites, social media, print media, email newsletters, policy, caution and more--all as the congregation relates to its community.
