Twice a year, Baylor's Marketing and Professional Selling Career Fair provides students an opportunity to gain interview experience, receive career advice and network with business professionals.
Companies who participate in our Marketing and Professional Selling Career Fair meet with students in an open, engaging forum. Representatives can bring (or ship) company signage, company information and handouts.
Participating companies can secure their spot in the MAPS Career Fair by becoming a Corporate Partner (Career Fair included in Partnership) or by registering for an individual Career Fair booth.

The Center's Advisory Board is comprised of individuals with diverse and impressive educations and sales experience. Advisory Board Members support the Center for Professional Selling by providing their time, input, and financial support. Advisory Board Members review the Center's strategies and help guide students through the internship and career process.
The Center's Ambassador Board is comprised of individuals who support the Center's work financially and by serving as a mentor to a student.

Baylor's Center for Professional Selling's Top Gun Program is a 3-day professional development retreat for ProSales students. Intentional professional development activities empower ProSales students to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to be successful businesspeople.
Executives engage with our students through a series of workshops and provide individual career coaching. Retreat workshops include creating a compelling resume, building managing your brand via social media, leading a business conversation, managing the interview process, and using the professional development tools the Center provides to help students navigate their college-to-career transition.
Corporate Partners play a key role in Top Gun Training, and get the opportunity to make important and impactful connections with ProSales students.

The Baylor Business Business Development (BBBD) is designed to engage students in the pre-call planning and business development steps of the sales process. Emails and voicemails are judged by business executives from around the country, offering students a chance to gain valuable feedback from the Center for Professional Selling's Corporate Partners.
Companies can participate in the BBBD by serving as on-site or virtual competition Judges.

The Baylor Business Selling-Outside (BBSO) is designed to allow students to engage in a live, 20-minute role play with a business executive, providing students an opportunity to demonstrate and improve selling abilities. Role plays are judged virtually by business executives from around the country, offering students a chance to gain valuable feedback from the Center for Professional Selling's Corporate Partners.
Companies can participate in the BBSO by serving as competition Buyers (invitation only) and Judges (Corporate Partners).

Each spring, the Center for Professional Selling hosts the ProSales Golf Outing, which allows ProSales students to engage with business executives while raising money for the Professional Selling Program.
Companies can participate in the golf outing by sponsoring a foursome where ProSales students are teamed-up with company representatives (e.g., 1 company representative, 3 students; 2 company representatives, 2 students), providing valuable one-on-one time with ProSales students.

The Center for Professional Selling publicizes job and internship opportunities to encourage students to take an active approach in their College-to-Career transition. Companies can submit job/internship opportunities for current students and/or experienced sales professionals.

In addition to our Corporate Partnership opportunities, there are many other ways to support the Center for Professional Center, including Financial Gifts, Donated Airline Miles, and In-Kind Donations (technology, supplies, etc.), among others.
Your gift will support Baylor student participation in essential learning opportunities over the next year. Sales competitions and other professional development programs are integral to the Professional Selling Program and allow our students to hone their sales skills and gain confidence and experience.
