The Gary Keller Quantum Leap Training Collaboration focuses on teaching students to pursue personal achievement through intentional development of ethics-based goal planning and discipline habits.

The course is led by Gary Keller, co-founder and chairman of the board for Keller Williams Realty.

The program is offered exclusively to Entrepreneurship Living and Learning Center students who will travel to the Keller Williams corporate office in Austin, Texas, four different times over two semesters to interface with Keller directly.

Course Curriculum

The Quantum Leap Training Collaboration program examines the four main areas of productivity: Life, Personal, Business and Financial and teaches that the foundation of a life of purpose comes from a clear Mission, Vision, Values, Beliefs and Perspective (MVVBP).

The program encourages students to:

  • Master a skill or talent
  • Focus on key priorities
  • Break through self-imposed ceilings
  • Be willing to be taught
  • Be positive
  • Be responsible

During the course, students will set a personal mission, vision and set of values to guide them and serve as a filter for the decisions they face throughout life.
