Welcome and thank you for your participation. Your thoughts and opinions are important. This survey and its contents were developed by and will be administered by Dr. Mitchell Neubert, the H.R. Gibson Chair of Management Development at Baylor University. Your individual responses will be kept anonymous and confidential. Dr. Neubert will report only a summary of the responses to ensure that individual responses, such as yours, will not be identified in the summary. Your honest comments are greatly appreciated.
