ProPass

ProPass (Professional Passport) is designed to encourage students' professional development. ProPass empowers students to record professional development activities and assigns point values to each activity. ProPass also creates a printable report that can be shared with recruiters as a resume supplement.

Students can earn benefits in the ProSales Program by achieving enough points to qualify for various ProPass Status Levels:


Levels Req'd Points Benefits
Platinum 100,000 points (1) entry in raffle for suitcase
Gold 75,000 points (1) entry in raffle for dopp kit/makeup bag
Silver 50,000 points Leather Padfolio

Each ProPass activity has a unique point value:


  • Internships (10,000 points)
  • Sales Competitions (10,000 points)
  • Job Shadows (5,000 points)
  • ePortfolios (5,000 points)
  • Job/Internship Interviews (3,500 points)
  • Informational Interviews (2,500 points)
  • Mock Interviews (2,500 points)
  • Career Fairs (2,500 points)
  • Networking Events (1,500 points)
  • First Wednesdays (1,000 points)
  • Executive Speakers (1,000 points)


*Participation in ProPass is not a requirement for admission to, participation in, or graduation from the Professional Selling Program, Hankamer School of Business, or Baylor University. ProPass activities are solely for the purpose of academic and professional development of the individual participant and participation within the ProPass program is entirely voluntary.
