Chief Sales Officer/Founder
Jeff York, a career sales professional, serves Paycom as Chief Sales Officer and is an owner. He was a founder and has served as the Executive responsible for all revenue growth for Paycom's sales force of over 150 sales professionals. Jeff is a world class developer of sales talent and a master designer of business to business sales processes.
Prior to Paycom, Jeff worked for 15 years at ADP where he held many Sales Management responsibilities in all three market segments. He was Vice President of Sales for the Major Accounts Division and produced the number one region in the company for 7 out of 8 years. Additionally, Jeff worked at ADP Corporate where he created, implemented, and trained several sales methodologies for the Major and National Account segments.
York earned his MBA from Baylor University and has a Bachelors of Business Administration from Texas Tech University. He is married with 2 children who attend Liberty Christian School. He lives outside of Dallas in Double Oak, Texas.
