Max is currently responsible for Global Sales Enablement which includes onboarding new sales hires, developing sales guides and training modules for new product rollouts, and delivering virtual training session. Max has a passion for developing PDI Ninth House salespeople and removing barriers to their early and ongoing success. Max also partners with consultants to help them maximize their business development potential.
For more than 20 years, Max has held numerous sales roles, including West Region Leader and North America Sales Leader. In those roles she lead a team of sales professionals that uncovered/clarified the talent implications of their clients' business challenges and designed solutions that positively impacted the business and the employees. In addition to her sales expertise, her career path has included roles as an internal consultant, a facilitator of interpersonal and writing skills workshops, the creator and implementer of a life skills training program for jobless and homeless people, and a special education teacher.
