Ron Gajewski

As president of Beyond ROI, Ron Gajewski leads a team of assessment and measurement experts who help training firms and their Fortune 500 clients quantify the results of training initiatives.
Prior to joining Beyond ROI, he was the Vice President of Better Communications, Inc., a training firm in Boston that helps corporate clients to create clear and powerful written communication.
Ron entered the training industry with Acclivus Corporation. As Vice President and General Manager for 16 years, he led the global provider of sales and customer service training programs, building an international team of partners and resellers. Prior to joining Acclivus, Ron was a District Sales and Support Manager for Goal Systems International, a supplier of IBM mainframe computer-based training systems and automated operations software. His background in marketing management and business development also includes positions at UCCEL, MTech and Xerox.
Since 1993, Ron has been an active member of two industry associations. He's serving his third term on the board of ISA - the Association of Learning Providers. ISA is comprised of the significant corporate training and development firms. Ron was also on the board of the North Texas Chapter of the Association for Services Management International, the leading association for high-tech product and services executives.
Gajewski is listed in both Who's Who in America and Who's Who in Finance and Industry. He has also authored several articles on sales and sales management and is a periodic speaker at ISA, AFSMI and SAMA conferences. He holds an MBA degree in Management and a BS in electronic engineering.
