Greg Barnes enjoyed a distinguished career at Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY) where as a Managing Director he led professional services sales teams across North America and throughout the world. Today he works as a consultant with global companies in the areas of talent acquisition strategy, leadership development, and executive succession planning. Earlier in his career he founded Alliance Search Management, Inc and served as the chief executive for over a decade before Korn/Ferry International acquired the business in 1997.
Barnes graduated with a Bachelors degree from Baylor University in 1976 and a Masters of Education from the University of North Texas in 1978. During his time at Baylor he was a Kappa Omega Tau, wrote for the Baylor Lariat, and was a Baylor Yell Leader. He also served as the Associate Executive Director of the Baylor Alumni Association from 1978-1982.
