The first annual Paul J. Meyer Christian Leadership in Business Luncheon will be held Friday, April 16 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the 5th floor of the Cashion building in the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University.

The event's purpose is to promote thinking about Christian faith and business by hosting leaders who are role models in living out their faith in business.

"Leading with integrity involves behaving in a manner that is consistent with our deepest and most important values," Chavanne Chair of Christian Ethics in Business Mitchell J. Neubert said. "This endowment will help equip students to live out their faith values as leaders and, as a result, have a positive influence on those they work with and lead in the business environment."

Gil Stricklin, founder of Marketplace Ministries, will share his experiences working with business leaders and reflect on Meyer's example at the inaugural luncheon.

The luncheon is a part of the Paul J. Meyer Christian Leadership in Business Endowed Fund, which is a $500,000 permanent endowment for the benefit of the Hankamer School of Business.

Attendance is limited, but for those interested in learning more about Christian leadership and business, contact Dr. Neubert at Mitchell_Neubert@baylor.edu for information about related initiatives.
