Business Network to Host "Dr Pepper" Reception for Business Students

April 1, 2005

Members of the Baylor Business Network will host a "Dr. Pepper Float" reception for Business students to discuss the various communities in which the students might live and work and the role of the business network there. Faculty is also welcome to stop by and learn more about the business networks. Volunteers are attending from Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin and Waco.

"The purpose of the reception is to promote the business networks in the cities," said Brenda Morris, director of the Baylor Network. "We also want to talk with the students about the mentoring opportunities we can provide when they move to these cities. The reception is to begin gathering names of people to mentor when they get to town."
