Interstate Batteries CEO to Speak at BaylorApril 1, 2005
Carlos Sepulveda, president and CEO of Interstate Battery System of America, Inc. (Interstate Batteries), will speak at Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business on April 7. The event is part of the Ben H. Williams Distinguished Speakers Series.
Sepulveda will speak to students in several Business classes during the day. In addition, he will speak at a luncheon with MBA students, faculty and community leaders. He will provide an overview of the corporate culture at Interstate Battery, particularly the "Five Requirements and One Standard" that, along with the company's mission and philosophy statement, serves as the framework for Interstate Batteries' cultural DNA and are viewed as the key to the company's continued success in the marketplace.
Interstate Batteries is a $650 million, privately-held company with international operations that is based in Dallas, Texas. He has also served as a director on the Board since 1995.
