Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business earned four MarCom Awards for communications and marketing materials. Awards included two platinum awards, a gold award and an honorable mention.
MarCom Awards is a creative competition for any individual or company involved in the concept, writing and design of print, visual, audio and web materials and programs. Entries come from corporate marketing and communication departments, advertising agencies, PR firms, design shops, production companies and freelancers.
The four awards illustrate the business school's innovative communications and marketing efforts including the Baylor Business Review magazine and the 2013 Baylor Business Fellows brochure. The Hankamer School of Business shares these awards with Pollei DesignWorks and Baylor Photography.
The MarCom competition has approximately 6,000 entries per year. Winners range in size from individuals to media conglomerates and Fortune 50 companies.
MarCom Awards is administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP). AMCP administers recognition programs; provides judges; and rewards outstanding achievement and service to the profession.
