Student Wins Second Annual Kindle HuntNov. 5, 2012

Kindle Hunter Sydney Shields met with success when she snagged a Business School swag bag hidden near the Homecoming Ferris Wheel Friday night.
The Kindle ticket tucked in her bag happened to be the winner of the Hankamer School of Business' 2012 Homecoming Kindle Hunt grand prize - a Kindle decked out with a Baylor Business School-themed skin.
The business school's Homecoming Kindle Hunt is a scavenger hunt-type contest in which those following the business school on Twitter and/or Facebook can follow clues to find "swag bags" filled with business school goodies.
The bags are hidden throughout various Homecoming events. Inside every bag is also a ticket that could win a Kindle. On Sunday night, a drawing takes place to determine the Kindle Hunt winner.
Shields, a junior sociology student at Baylor who is taking some business courses, said being the winner feels "pretty awesome, I didn't expect it at all."
She hopes to use her new Kindle for leisure reading, "if I can find the time to do it."
The 2012 hunt marked the second annual Kindle Hunt contest.
