The Baylor Business Scholars (BBS) program is designed for graduate accounting alumni who want to pursue an MBA degree to add managerial depth and targeted skills. An elite group of MBA candidates will be selected each year to join the BBS program. They will pursue a specialized curriculum within Baylor's 16-month, full-time MBA program that builds upon their previously earned graduate accounting degree.

The majority of classes will be held on campus in Waco. Full-time MBA students have the option to take elective courses with our EMBA students in Dallas or Austin.
Baylor Business Scholars receive 100 percent tuition remission and a stipend, which is earned in exchange for working as a Graduate Assistant in the Business School. The stipend money covers most of the cost of student fees.
Baylor Business faculty are dedicated scholars, outstanding teachers, and accomplished business practitioners, actively in touch with evolving industry and emerging corporate trends. It is not unusual for graduates to seek the counsel of Baylor Business faculty long after graduation. In addition, two full-time staff members are dedicated to helping students with internship and job placement. The career development team helps students develop their professional goals, maximizing the student's managerial strengths. With a master's degree in accounting, professional experience and an MBA degree, BBS's will be in high demand.
Candidates must have a graduate degree in accounting and have worked a minimum of two years after graduation. Two professional recommendations and a competitive GMAT score are required.
