Along with offering instruction in traditional business disciplines, the Baylor MBA program focuses on teaching students the importance of ethics in business and leading with integrity. Baylor's focus on ethics is prevalent both inside and outside the classroom.
In the Classroom
In addition to the traditional business tenet of maximizing shareholder value, Baylor professors teach you to consider the possible ethical consequences of business decisions.
Outside the Classroom
To encourage our focus on ethics, the Business School sponsors the MBA Case Competition in Ethical Leadership in conjunction with the annual Dale P. Jones Business Ethics Forum. Top MBA programs from across the country compete, showcasing their ethical business solutions to panels of judges.
