Who Should Apply?
We encourage applicants from a variety of academic and professional backgrounds to apply to the MBA program. Professional work experience is desired but not required. Successful applicants demonstrate strong leadership ability and analytical skills, regardless of work experience.
Baylor's mission of cultivating skilled, highly educated and ethical business leaders starts with a passion for pursuing excellence. We look for this passion when reviewing each application.
When Can I Start Business School?
You can start the full-time MBA program on your schedule:
- Spring (for business undergrads)
- Summer (for non-business undergrads)
- Fall (for business or non-business undergrads)
If you have an undergraduate degree in business, you can start in the fall or spring semester. Healthcare MBA students can start only in the fall.
If you do NOT have an undergraduate degree in business, you can start in the summer or fall semester. You will begin the MBA program by taking our Integrated Management Seminar (IMS), designed specifically for students who are new to business education. Healthcare MBA students must take IMS in the summer.
