MBA Career Management
Career Development
Baylor assists MBA students in the development of life-long career decision-making and personal marketability skills to enhance their career satisfaction and employment opportunities.
Internships
The internship process is a critical part of our student's career development. For more than 75% of all MBA students nationwide, an internship leads to a full-time offer of employment. Internships provide an excellent opportunity to network and gain first hand experience into their chosen career field.
International Students
International students in F1 visa status, who are considering internship or post graduate job opportunities in the United States, must coordinate with Baylor's Office of International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) before pursuing any employment in the United States.
