Registration

For participants, the conference begins at 6pm on Friday, June 24 and ends at 2pm on Sunday, June 26. However, for those who wish to arrive earlier on Friday, we offer an outing to Waco Mammoth site from 3pm to 5pm on Friday, June 24.

For track chairs only, the conference begins at Noon (training session) on Friday, June 24 and ends at 2pm on Sunday, June 26.

Please note that there is no registration fee. We will provide food and meeting space for the conference at no cost to the participant. In addition, for those who are willing to stay in student housing, we offer accommodations at no cost to the participant. The main expense for participants is travel to the conference (limited scholarships are available to doctoral students and/or international scholars thanks to the Association for Consumer Research).

Please check to apply for a travel scholarship (travel scholarships will only be awarded to a very limited number of doctoral and international participants and we will notify you about travel scholarship decisions by April 15)

Accommodations Please check one of the following (note: extended stays in the student apartments are available Thursday night before the conference begins but not Sunday night after it ends):

I will arrange my own hotel accommodations (we have negotiated a rate of $119/night for rooms at the local Hilton or Courtyard Marriott; see details on the Travel Information page of the website)

I will stay in student apartments and share a room, arriving on Friday and leaving Sunday afternoon
