Nancy Y. Wong
She is the faculty director of the Kohl's Center for Retailing Excellence. She uses survey, lab-based and qualitative methods in her research. She has published in Journal of Consumer Research, International Journal of Research in Marketing, Journal of Consumer Psychology, Psychological Methods, Cognition and Emotion, Psychology and Marketing, and Journal of Business Research. She holds an MA and a PhD from University of Michigan, an MBA from UCLA, and BBA from York University (Canada).
