Melissa Bublitz

Melissa Bublitz is at the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh. Her research explores how automatic and cognitive processes work in concert to influence food decision making. Her paper, forthcoming in the Journal of Consumer Psychology, is an extensive review of the psychosocial influences on dietary restraint.

Her research interests also include multisensory influences on consumption, packaging cues, emotional intelligence, nutrition, and the public policy implications of food consumption for society as a whole.
