Amy L. Ostrom
Amy L. Ostrom is Professor of Marketing at the W. P. Carey School of Business and Research Faculty at the Center for Services Leadership at Arizona State University. She received her Ph.D. from Northwestern University.
Her research focuses on issues related to services marketing including customers' evaluation of services, customers' role in creating service outcomes, and customers' adoption and evaluation of self-service technologies. Her current projects examine ways to enhance service customer well-being. Her work has appeared in a number of journals including the Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Marketing, Journal of Service Research, Journal of Consumer Psychology, and the California Management Review.
