Through its membership in the Big 12, Baylor is a member of the Mid American Universities International (MAUI) Consortium, which has a multilateral exchange agreement with a group of 31 universities in 28 European countries that is known as the Utrecht Network. Unlike the Baylor Student Exchange Programs that are described and listed above, which are administered bilaterally between Baylor and its partner universities, the MAUI/Utrecht exchanges are administered within a larger network. This gives our students access to a much larger group of universities in Europe, but it also means that the exchanges require more time and effort to arrange, and they require careful planning. If you’re interested in studying at one of these universities, you should begin discussions with Katie Erickson (Baylor’s study-abroad coordinator) as quickly as possible.
