Dr. Carini is responsible for formulating and implementing the strategic direction for Graduate Business Programs. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of California and his master's degree in public administration from the University of Southern California. He received his Ph.D. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with emphases in international strategic management and organizational behavior. His research and consulting focuses on strategic change and how to increase innovation by overcoming organizational barriers. He joined the Baylor faculty in 1991.

Ken Buckley, The Cox-Hawkins Director of Career Management
Mr. Buckley is responsible for developing strong corporate and business relationships, marketing Baylor's business graduates to U.S. and international companies, and providing leadership over programs initiated to prepare students for successful careers. He earned his BBA from Baylor in 1981 with a double major in marketing and entrepreneurship. Buckley spent 24 years in the semiconductor, high technology marketplace. He held executive positions in marketing, sales and management, including the position of General Manager and President.

Laurie Wilson, Director of Graduate Business Degree Programs
Ms. Wilson oversees the areas of admissions, recruitment and marketing for full time graduate business programs. She directs the admissions process, meets prospective students, and consults with departments to develop the graduate business website and print materials. She earned a BBA degree in journalism and an MBA degree from Baylor University. She joined the Business School in November 1997.

Karen Mittendorf, Associate Director of Student Services
Ms. Mittendorf oversees the areas of advising, course scheduling, registration and student activities for the full-time graduate business programs. She is a student advocate, helping students through their program experience from orientation through graduation. She earned her BA degree in English from Baylor University. She joined the Business School in July 1988.

Joanna Gaitros Iturbe, Admissions Coordinator for Graduate Business Programs
Ms. Iturbe is the first point of contact for prospective graduate business students. She represents Baylor's Hankamer School of Business MBA programs at recruiting events, and she organizes "Campus Visit Days" and orientations for incoming graduate business students. In addition, she manages the graduate assistantship budget and coordinates the graduate assistant assignments. She earned a BA degree in public relations with a minor in business administration and concentration in French from Baylor in 2006.

Adriene Battles, Administrative Assistant for Graduate Business Programs
Ms. Battles serves multiple roles as administrative assistant. She provides clerical support for the entire office, answering phones, managing student files, supervising student workers, and supporting student activities. In November 1998 she started working in Baylor's Office of Financial Aid, and in June 2003 she moved to the Hankamer School of Business.

J.L. Radford-Williard, Co-Director of the Executive MBA program, Dallas
Ms. Radford-Williard directs the recruitment, admission and marketing of the Baylor Executive MBA Program in Dallas. She works with prospective students in the application process and provides support to current EMBA students by ordering materials, coordinating schedules and assisting with international trips. Ms. Radford-Williard has a BA in psychology from Hood College. She joined the Hankamer School of Business in 2005.

Sharon Mawet, Co-Director of the Executive MBA program, Dallas
Ms. Mawet oversees the areas of marketing and operations for the Baylor Executive MBA Program in Dallas. She directs the program office, provides support to current EMBA students and assists with class trips. Ms. Mawet has an MBA from Southern Methodist University and earned her BA from Concordia University in business management and communications. She joined the Hankamer School of Business in 2007.

Kirk Hansen, Associate Director of the Executive MBA program, Austin
Mr. Hansen focuses on the logistics of the EMBA program, including admissions, database management, communication, website development and daily operations. He has a BBA degree in real estate and an MBA degree from Baylor University. He joined the Business School in 2005 after being self-employed for 23 years.
