Anand Srinivasan is a senior analyst covering Semiconductor, Semiconductor Capital Equipment and Technology Hardware companies. Prior to joining Bloomberg in March 2010, Mr. Srinivasan covered the Technology sector as a portfolio manager/research analyst at Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers and Lazard Asset Management, where he helped launch and run the Lazard TMT Advantage Fund. Prior to his buy-side roles, Mr. Srinivasan worked at Merrill Lynch first in its Research department and then in its Private Client Group, evaluating portfolios, asset classes and sectors for recommendation to corporate, institutional and retail clients. Additionally, Mr. Srinivasan's Technology industry experience includes being an Electronic Commerce Project Manager at GE Capital IT Solutions and business development consulting with a start-up mobile device software maker. Mr. Srinivasan has an undergraduate degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Mangalore University in India and a Master's in Business Administration from Iowa State University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Institute and the New York Society of Securities Analysts.
