Graduate Assistantship Awards

Graduate Assistantships also are awarded in different percentages ranging from 40 to 100 percent tuition remission. Possible stipend awards may be offered with tuition remission in a Graduate Assistantship award. Graduate Assistants who receive stipends work 15 hours per week for the Business School.

It is not necessary to complete a separate application for a graduate assistantship or fellowship award. Simply answer "yes" to the question in the application that asks if you are interested in applying for a graduate assistantship or fellowship award. For domestic applicants, Baylor Business will make the decision to offer an award at the time we review your application for admission. The Graduate School will officially inform you of your admission to a graduate program. Then Baylor Business will notify you of any offer of a fellowship or assistantship award.

All international applicants are considered for awards. Baylor Business will make decisions on the awards for international applicants during designated times of the year. For the spring semester, award decisions will are made in September; for summer, award decisions are made in February; and for the fall semester, award decisions are made in March.
