The Management Area in the Department of Business Administration at the University of Delaware invites applicants for a tenure-track Assistant Professor in Organizational Behavior beginning September 2015. Candidates must hold a doctorate in Organizational Behavior or a closely related field or be ABD with completion expected prior to joining. Candidates with several years of experience as an Assistant Professor are also encouraged to apply. Successful candidates will demonstrate the drive and vision to develop an innovative, cutting-edge, and internationally recognized research program in the field of organizational behavior. Finance Faculty Position

The King�s College Business Administration Program is pleased to offer a new major in Finance beginning in the 2013-2014 academic year. Our vision is to combine King�s liberal arts curriculum with our Wall Street location and resources to prepare students for leadership careers in Finance.

The King�s College invites applicants for an assistant or associate professor of Finance position to begin August 2014. A PhD in Finance is required. Teaching responsibilities include required introductory courses in finance as well as upper-level elective courses.

The King's College seeks excellent teachers with a strong Christian faith, practical understanding of the secular work environment, love for cities, and an interest in the interdisciplinary understanding of knowledge in the liberal arts tradition. Demonstrated business leadership is an advantage, as is the ability and desire to write for and speak to popular audiences.
