Chief Administrative Officer, Goodwill Industries of Central Texas
Andrea Salinas, Executive MBA 2012, is no stranger to the amount of dedication and work it takes to lead and manage a team of Goodwill employees under her control. As Chief Administrative Officer of Goodwill Industries of Central Texas, Salinas oversees the day to day Organizational Development and Information Technology operations.
Salinas also serves as the Chief of Staff to the President/CEO and manages Board Relations, conducts and coordinates key strategic initiatives and work across business units of the company, which is no small undertaking.
That being said, Salinas credits the Baylor Executive MBA program for helping her gain a new level of confidence, thinking more strategically and knowing the right questions to ask. Salinas believes that, "Increased confidence helps you dig down to find the strength it takes to lead your team to success." Salinas also thanks the Executive MBA program for, "the skills I have learned. I now run my division and operations more effectively with increased accountability.
