Executives and managers work with a very tight schedule. As students begin the educational process, time becomes a valuable asset. My staff and I are available to ensure that the student's time is not wasted upon issues other than educational pursuits.
As an administrator and a product of the program, I have a unique perspective. This perspective encourages and allows me to have many answers before some students have questions. As an administrator I serve as the intermediary between the students and numerous university departments. As Malcolm Gladwell discussed in "The Tipping Point", there are connectors, mavens and salespeople. I strive to be the "connector" to many university departments and "maven" of Baylor University information. As an alum, I choose to be a "salesperson" of one of the greatest EMBA programs in existence.
