Departmental Scholarship Application

The application form is a PDF document that can be completed on your computer. Click on the first field you want to enter and start typing. Then just tab to the next field. If the field is a check box, just click on the one that applies.
If you think that you will be applying for departmental scholarships again in future semesters, remember to save a copy of your completed application on your computer to use as a starting point.
When completing your application:
- You must have completed ACC 3301 and 3303. When calculating your ACC Hours and GPA you DO NOT include ACC 2303 or 2304 as these are business core classes and not ACC major classes.
- Only include COMPLETED hours. You do not need to indicate number of hours "in progress."
- You must include a current resume and an official transcript from Academic Records in Robinson Tower.
- Please do not staple.
**You will have GPA from any transferred hours from other schools, please do not put N/A for GPA if you have transfer hours. All GPA's need to be calulated.
**Your classification is determined by total of completed hours. Your overall GPA will include all hours completed including transfered hours. You will then indicate under "transfer hours" how many of those completed are transferred and your GPA from those hours. If you have any questions, please contact shelly_herzog@baylor.edu.
