FastTrac Entrepreneurial Training Program

logo The primary goal of the John F. Baugh Center for Entrepreneurship is to extend an arm of support to the local and national business community in such a way as to facilitate new business and further the goals of established businesses. This has been accomplished over the last 20 years through a number of outreach programs designed to assist local entrepreneurial efforts as well as national business interest.

The John F. Baugh Center for Entrepreneurship at Baylor University, along with the City of Waco and the Greater Waco Chamber of Commerce, is offering the FastTrac Entrepreneurial Training Program to current and prospective entrepreneurs in Central Texas.

The FastTrac Program has two tracks, FASTTRAC NEWVENTURE is designed for individuals who are planning to start new businesses or whose companies are in the start-up phase. FASTTRAC GROWTHVENTURE is geared toward entrepreneurs seeking to grow their existing businesses.

Piloted in 1986 at the University of Southern California, the FastTrac Entrepreneurial Training Program has been tested and refined in classes held in 31 states. FastTrac combines classroom instruction, one-on-one counseling, guest lectures, hands-on participation and comprehensive course workbooks.
