The eight-minute video accompanied the main proposal, which was submitted to the White House on September 15, 2005. The video was also a part of the presentation made to the White House Advisory Committee in Washington, DC in November, 2005.

The hour presentation was made by Tommye Lou Davis, Director of the Bush Library Project. Other members of the Baylor delegation were: Will Davis, chairman of the Board of Regents, Dr. Robert B. Sloan, Jr., Chancellor, Dr. William D. Underwood, interim President, Larry Brumley, interim Vice President for Marketing and Communications, Dr. Don Wilson, lead library consultant, and David Jones, fundraising consultant.

In attendance representing the White House were: Donald L. Evans, Chairman of Bush Library Advisory Committee, Marvin Bush, brother of President Bush, the Honorable Craig Stapleton, Ambassador to France, Andrew Card, Chief of Staff, Karl Rove, Deputy Chief of Staff, Harriet Miers, White House Legal Counsel, and Ashley Kavanaugh, assistant to the advisory team.

The video was produced by KWBU under the leadership of Larry Brumley, Tommye Lou Davis and Joani Livingston.
