Finance and Facilities Committee

The primary function of the Finance and Facilities Committee (the "Committee") is to provide review, policy guidance and strategic oversight of Baylor's financial matters, including financial reporting statements, annual operating and capital budgets, any debt or significant and/or unusual financing arrangements and oversight of the effectiveness and efficiency of the business operations; as well as oversight of campus master planning activities and other real estate-type activities. The Committee may engage outside consultants and other advisors as it deems necessary with the approval of the Board Chair, the President or the Sr. Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
