Beth Farwell, director of Central Libraries Special Collections, and co-author Eric Ames, assistant director for marketing and communications for ITS and Libraries, received from the Moody Foundation in 2017-18 a $100,000.00 grant for renovation and creation of the new Moody Active Learning Lab.
Dr. Kathryn Osteen, clinical associate professor, received Dallas-Fort Worth Great One Hundred from DFW Great 100 Nurses, Inc. on 2018 for Recognition of excellence in the art and science of nursing.
