Baylor President Robert B. Sloan Jr.has announcedthe designation of Master Teacher -- the highest honor granted to Baylor faculty members -- on Dr. F. Ray Wilson II, professor of biology, and the late Dr. Helen H. Ligon, Emeritus Professor of Information Systems.
