B.S. Life Science
Han's research focuses on how wildlife and humans share
the city. His main them and foundation for all research
questions is how cities that are built to fulfill human's
demand and desire change the life of wildlife.
Currently, he is using bats as the model to study how cities
function as a shelter and food resource for wildlife. He is
looking to determine the common features of anthropogenic
bat roosts in the city (Waco), as well as the main factor
that governs bat foraging in Waco.
Han has always encouraged people to re-evaluate the relationship between humans and wildlife,
to learn how to appreciate the presence of wildlife and to establish commensal harmony with wildlife.
