Faculty

The Department of Biology currently has 24 full-time faculty. Teaching is an important priority. As a student, your lecture classes will be taught by faculty possessing doctoral degrees. Even in larger classes you will have the opportunity to meet with your professors outside of class. In addition many of us have active graduate research programs and we are eager to include motivated undergraduates. Prospective students can find out what opportunities are available by reading our profiles and/or visiting us personally.
