Welcome Messsage

Dear Bear Foundation Member:

Great champions are born of great aspirations!

As we face the many challenges and opportunities of intercollegiate athletics our vision is to develop a championship-caliber annual fund raising program, which will compete with the top programs in the Big 12 and the nation. We can accomplish this by focusing on continued financial support from existing members, and by the continued growth of our volunteer "team concept" approach which will add substantial numbers to our membership each year.

It is through our team concept that we have been able to increase our support of scholarship assistance to our student-athletes. To continue this trend I would ask the people who love Baylor athletics to become a fund drive volunteer which will only strengthen our team concept effort.

What we have accomplished in the past, however, pales in comparison to the goals we will set forth for the upcoming years. We must continue to build the Bear Foundation and increase our financial support for our outstanding student-athletes like never before.

On behalf of over 400 student-athletes, coaches, staff, and administrators involved in Baylor athletics, I want to thank all current Baylor Bear Foundation donors. Your support is deeply appreciated. If you are reading this, and are not a member or wish to become a volunteer, please give us a call. I promise you that a member of the Bear Foundation staff or one of our fund drive volunteers in your community will contact you in regards to become a volunteer or providing scholarship assistance to our student-athletes.
