Bradley Norris
For the last six years, Bradley Norris has been teaching a wide range of classes at Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business. From Strategy to Operations and from Organizational Behavior to Entrepreneurship, his classes are characterized by intensity, humor, and most importantly, real-world application. In addition to teaching, Mr. Norris maintains a consulting practice as well as a real estate investment company.
Prior to joining Baylor, Mr. Norris was employed by companies such as EDS, Hewlett Packard, and Agilent Technologies. He also owned an environmental cleanup products wholesale distribution company.
Mr. Norris earned his undergraduate from Indiana University in Computer Science and Math and his masters in business from Purdue University. Mr. Norris lives in Woodway, TX with his wife and three children.

Dr. Gregory Leman
Dr. Gregory Leman is the Director of LAUNCH - Innovative Business Accelerator at the BRIC (Baylor Research and Innovation Collaborative) and a Clinical Professor at Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business. He serves as Director of University Entrepreneurial Initiatives and holds the Curtis Hankamer Chair in Entrepreneurship. Leman received his BS in Chemical Engineering with honors from Purdue University in 1980 and earned his Ph.D. (ChE) at the University of Illinois in 1985.
Dr. Leman was a Visiting Assistant Professor in Chemical Engineering at the University of Illinois from 1985 until 1988. His research interests there were in the field of supercritical fluid processes, particularly for environmental remediation. He joined the Cabot Corporation as an Engineering Scientist. During his 11 years at Cabot, he was awarded two patents related to the manufacture of fumed silica. His roles spanned process research, R&D management, operations management and product line management. For the period from 1995 to 1998, he served as Managing Director of Cabot-Hüls, a joint venture located in Rheinfelden, Germany.He joined Great Lakes Chemical Fluorine Division in 2000, serving first as Technology Director and later Fluorine Business Director. While at Great Lakes, he led the commercialization of several new products and initiated two product platforms. He is an inventor on several pending patents.

David G. Henry, Sr.
David G. Henry, Sr., a registered patent attorney, is a firm member of Looper, Reed & McGraw, and has 25 years of experience in the specialty law practices of patent, trademark and copyright litigation, prosecution, and transactions. As "Professor Henry", David has taught patent and trademark courses at Baylor Law School since 1994, and recently began teaching in the highly ranked Entrepreneurship Program of Baylor's Hankamer School of Business.
Building upon his own early life experiences, David's passions include mentoring young people, particularly those facing challenges and setbacks. David serves as the Faculty Advisor to several student organizations at Baylor University, and, as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force’s Auxiliary, serving as his unit's Public Affairs Officer, speaks at schools and youth events on the attainability of dreams. David is Vice Chairman of the Military Child Education Coalition (www.militarychild.org), and hosts the www.PilotAtLaw.com web site where, among many other topics, he showcases his popular and unique photography collection gathered during his frequent flights (as pilot) throughout the United States.
Richard W. Campbell
Mr. Richard W. Campbell is a Lecturer MS, Aeronautical Engineering U.S. Naval Postgraduate School at Baylor.

CASPER Research: Mr. Campbell is a member of the Center for Astrophysics, Space Physics, and Engineering Research, and represents the Paul Meyer Observatory of the Central Texas Astronomical Society (CTAS). He conducts experimental research on pulsating white dwarf stars and other photometric experiments. He also sponsors summer research students as part of the CASPER NSF Research Experience for Undergraduates program, and conducts outreach for science education to local schools.
Other Research: Aircraft Combat Survivability System Engineering Process Improvement Mr. Campbell comes to Baylor with 36 years of military aircraft operations, aircraft systems design and manufacturing experience in the Defense industry. His previous research and design activities related to improving aircraft systems and protecting military aircraft from hostile threats. He is currently turning his attention to the protection of commercial airliners and other non-military aircraft, which are now susceptible to threats in today's uncertain and hostile world. Chris DeLeenheer
Chief Executive Officer, Sunzer Consulting Group
Chris is the CEO of Sunzer Consulting Group, a management consulting firm based out of Texas, with offices in India and the Middle East. Chris leads a talented team of consultants and analysts in the areas of organizational strategy and human capital performance.
He has many years of experience working with leaders and organizations across multiple industries, both in the “for profit” and “non-profit” sectors. Chris played a key strategic role in the restructuring of a multinational organization looking to decentralize their US operations and establish SBUs in key international locations.
Chris is often sought out for his expertise in organizational change, culture, and design. He has been an advisor for firms seeking to capture new market share locally and globally. He specializes in designing region-specific, efficient, and effective operating models for firms desiring to achieve the next level of growth.
Chris focuses on providing his clients with strategic solutions that impact the top and bottom line. Chris and his team have recently finished implementing a Talent Management solution that will stretch across the globe for a $2.5 billion US multinational. Chris has logged hundreds of hours as an executive coach and is often brought in to work with leaders needing to fill critical succession roles.
Chris is a frequent motivational speaker in business schools and at leadership conferences.
