This information is available to all current students and employees of Baylor University in Waco, Texas, and, upon request, to any applicant for enrollment or employment. Information is provided pursuant to the disclosure requirements of the Crime Awareness and Campus Security Act of 1990 and the Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act Amendments of 1989.

The Crime Awareness and Campus Security Act specifically requires that crimes which occur on the campus be reported to the Baylor community.
