Working with Baylor
Mr. Molinets is a dedicated instructor, and says the following about his role as a teacher: "I like to teach Students about Fortitude on the first day of class which is ‘the strength to persist; the courage to endure.' Aircraft Dispatching is perhaps one of the most challenging and demanding courses a student will take. In my classroom a picture always hangs on the wall of Abraham Lincoln's 29 years of failures before he became President of the United States. Learning from your mistakes and using what you learn leads to far greater things. This is definitely a trait I see in my students as they progress through the Aircraft Dispatcher program."
More about Charles
In addition to his passion for aviation and the military, Charles was also a soccer referee for several years. However, he has redirected his energy and downtime into being a volunteer fireman. Charles is also a diehard Boston Red Sox fan and has visited every state except one (remember he is a Red Sox fan so guess which one). Charles also still finds time to run. Charles ran against Baylor alumni Michael Johnson as a child numerous times. Charles was a State Champion in Cross-Country and Track in High School. Charles was also a runner on Florida Tech's Conference Cross-Country Championship team of 1991.
Charles is a member of the Airline Dispatchers Federation.
