As a staff we are committed to continuing education as it applies to the science, techniques and philosophies of athletic performance. Here you will find our methods of improving ourselves as professionals to achieve our goal of becoming the premier department of its kind in the country.
Staff Lifts
Every week as a staff we have a scheduled lift. It is during this time that we continue to develop and improve our technique on core lifts, give hands on demonstrations on new exercises and discuss philosophies. It is a great learning experience for all members on staff and the collaboration that takes place during these sessions is not only great for team building and comaraderie, but a great way to share coaching points.
