Economics (BA)

What it's all about

With a BA degree in economics, students will develop a strong background in analytical and critical thinking, writing, public speaking, philosophy and mathematics. Pursuing a BA in economics is ideal for pre-law or pre-PhD students. Economics is also offered as a BBA degree through Baylor's Hankamer School of Business, and the BBA is ideal for immediate career entry or a BS degree, which is ideal for those interested in pursuing medical or a scientific field of study.
